This single-story Hayward home features a dual-pitch roofline with a primary gable and a forward-facing garage ridge. The structure includes multiple roof transitions, a central chimney, and several ventilation points.

Due to these intersecting angles and junctions, the installation required careful planning to ensure proper alignment and consistent sealing across all sections.
