This residential Piedmont home features a classic multi-level roofline with distinct architectural transitions. The structure includes multiple valleys, an extended ridge, and integrated ventilation points.

Due to the age of the original structure and the complexity of the intersecting roof planes, the project required a comprehensive tear-off down to the framing and structural reinforcement to ensure a perfectly level, long-lasting foundation.

This project called for a full roof replacement, starting from the decking up. We removed the existing compromised materials, replaced the plywood decking, and rebuilt the system with premium architectural shingles and a waterproof underlayment installed across all valleys and transitions.
