Project Overview

This one-story Pacifica home features a low-slope roof design with wide overhangs and broad horizontal planes. Unlike traditional pitched roofs, the structure required a different approach to manage water flow and sealing.

Due to constant fog and exposure to salt air, the project focused on protecting the home from moisture intrusion while maintaining a clean and uniform installation across the entire roofline.

Roofing System Installed

This project included the installation of a high-performance roofing system designed for coastal durability. Components included: CertainTeed Presidential TL shingles, waterproof membrane layers, enhanced sealing, and manufacturer-approved accessories to protect against moisture and salt exposure.
