Coastal Roof Replacement in Pacifica, CA
Project Overview
This one-story Pacifica home features a low-slope roof design with wide overhangs and broad horizontal planes. Unlike traditional pitched roofs, the structure required a different approach to manage water flow and sealing.
Due to constant fog and exposure to salt air, the project focused on protecting the home from moisture intrusion while maintaining a clean and uniform installation across the entire roofline.

Roofing System Installed
This project included the installation of a high-performance roofing system designed for coastal durability. Components included: CertainTeed Presidential TL shingles, waterproof membrane layers, enhanced sealing, and manufacturer-approved accessories to protect against moisture and salt exposure.

Result
The new roofing system provides strong protection against coastal weather conditions while improving the overall appearance of the home. With upgraded materials and careful installation, the roof is built to withstand moisture, salt air, and long-term environmental exposure.
