This Mountain View home features a low-slope flat roof with a slight central pitch designed for proper drainage. The structure includes multiple ventilation stacks, a brick chimney, and an extensive network of conduit and utility piping across the roof surface.

Due to these elements, the installation required careful planning to ensure proper sealing and integration without disrupting the system’s performance.

Roofing System Installed

This project included the installation of a high-performance torch down roofing system designed for durability and heat resistance. Components included: multi-layer waterproof membrane, precision sealing around all penetrations, custom support blocks for rooftop utilities, and reinforced flashing to maintain a watertight system.
