Project Overview

This single-story Pinole home features a prominent front-facing gable and an expansive main ridge with several intersecting roof planes. The layout includes a series of low-profile box vents, multiple plumbing stacks, and a chimney positioned near the roof edge.

Due to these elements and the number of roof transitions, the project required careful coordination to ensure consistent alignment and proper sealing across all sections.

Roofing System Installed

This project included the installation of a high-performance roofing system designed for durability and moisture resistance. Components included: Owens Corning True Definition Cool Roof shingles, waterproof underlayment, precision flashing around vents and chimney, and seamless ridge capping to ensure a watertight system.
