This single-story Concord home features a wide, low-profile roofline with long horizontal ridges and a shallow pitch. The structure also includes a secondary flat roof section and a central chimney, adding complexity to the layout.

Due to the large surface area and multiple ventilation points, the replacement required careful coordination to ensure a consistent installation and precise detailing across all roof sections.
