Project Overview

This two-story Millbrae home features a multi-level roof structure with a prominent upper gable and a lower hip roof section. The layout includes multiple elevations, intersecting planes, and a large chimney, making the installation more complex than a standard residential roof.

Because of these transitions and height variations, the project required careful planning to ensure proper alignment, sealing, and consistent installation across all sections.
