Project Overview

This Vallejo home features a defined front-facing gable that connects into a wide primary ridge, creating a distinct roof profile. The structure includes multiple skylights, ventilation stacks, and a rear chimney, all of which required careful integration into the new system. The combination of sharp angles and roof penetrations demanded a detailed installation approach to ensure every connection point was properly sealed and aligned.

The project utilized a complete roofing system built for durability and environmental exposure. This included Owens Corning True Definition Cool Roof shingles, a high-performance underlayment, reinforced valley protection, and custom flashing around skylights, vents, and chimney to maintain a fully sealed system.
